Championship
Fixture: Barnsley 4-1 Doncaster
Venue: Oakwell (Barnsley home)
Kick-off: 3pm BST
Verdict: When you're down at the bottom, it never rains it pours. Barnsley have a fan revolt on their hands after they allowed Simon Howard to go to rivals Sheffield United. Not the thing to do when you're second bottom in the league. Doncaster is the worst visitor when you consider that Barnsley manager Simon Davey has never won a derby at Barnsley. You can get 4/5 on Doncaster with a 0.25 start on the handicap, which should be adequate.
Betting Advice: 3pts Doncaster +0.25 Asian Handicap at 4/5 (1.8 at Stan James and Bet Direct)
Fixture: Reading 3-1 Burnley
Venue: Madejski Stadium (Reading home)
Kick-off: 3pm BST
Verdict: Burnley boss Owen Coyle picked up the manager of the month award this month, which has pretty much guaranteed a Reading win. That and seven goals in two games against very, very strong opposition (league leaders Wolves away and Swansea). Home win for the former Premiership side back on form.
Betting Advice: 4pts Reading win at 4/6 (1.667 generally)
League One
Fixture: Peterborough 2-0 Leeds
Venue: London Road (Peterborough home)
Kick-off: 3pm BST
Verdict: The Posh are formidable at home, but the pressure is of league favourites Leeds when they travel away from Elland Road and that could prove decisive. Leeds have hit form and should sustain an unbeaten streak into the colder nights.
Betting Advice: 3pts Leeds win at 7/5 (2.4 at Canbet.com)
Fixture: Millwall 0-4 MK Dons
Venue: New Den (Millwall home)
Kick-off: 3pm BST
Verdict: Millwall boasted that they were built for at least a play-off place this season, and people are starting to believe them after an unbeaten league run that stretches back to the first day of the season. That includes a five-game winning streak that can extend to six against hot-and-cold MK Dons. Great price btw.
Betting Advice: 2pts Millwall win at 5/4 (2.25 at Skybet)
League Two
Fixture: Bradford 1-1 Luton
Venue: Valley Parade (Bradford home)
Kick-off: 3pm BST
Verdict: You should know by now who I fancy for the four titles Wolves in the Championship, Leeds in League One and League Two was Shrewsbury before the start of the season, but I am beginning to like the cut of Bradford's jib. Another three points here might have me convinced.
Betting Advice: 2pts Bradford to win at 28/29 (1.9655 at Canbet)
