Although the title looks out of their reach at this stage, their season is no means lost and a win here will place them back into contention for a Champions League spot at the very least. Their new aim for a runner-up spot is realistic.
Two cup wins in the Christmas and new year period suggest improvement, and there is value to be had on them now.

With Momo Sissoko at the African Nations Cup, a 0-0 will be considered a success. They may just succumb to a single goal if Chievo keep to their one goal a game average.
