- March madness had English leagues in a very profitable state this month, while European leagues went wobbly on us. There were some strange results as first Barcelona, then Real Madrid, AC Milan and Bordeaux all dropped unlikely points. Europe was a bit of mystery as we picked three tips at 3/1, 7/5 and 12/5 (see stats below).
It kind of boiled down to an ill-conceived 6pt bet on AC Milan when they drew to Lazio in a game they should have won. However, a 10/1 treble in League One led to a massive 33.5% gain in England.
With April a traditionally healthy month, we can look forward to a gain in the region of 15% for the season. Not bad at all.
